Export Overdue Invoices From QuickBooks To Captira

QuickBooks Online Version

3 simple steps to export overdue invoices from QuickBooks

Step 1  Be logged into your QuickBooks Online account on a browser tab.  Then click here to open the overdue invoices report. 

Step 2  Click the up-arrow icon and select Export to Excel.

Step 3  In Captira, select Accounts menu item and click Add New Debtor File>Multiple Files and follow the prompts to upload the file.  

You Are Done!

QuickBooks Desktop Version

Step 1  Select Reports then Customer & Receivables and a standard report A/R Aging Detail

Step 2  Then click Customize Report then on pop-up window under Columns, uncheck all the columns (eg left margin, Type etc) and then check the following columns (then select OK):

Step 3  Download from QuickBooks (see image above) by clicking Excel > Create New Worksheet. Keep default settings on the next pop up and select Export to download to your desktop. Review in Excel and delete any accounts you do want to upload to be followed up on.

In Captira, select Accounts menu item and click Add New Debtor File>Multiple Files and follow the prompts to upload the file from your desktop.
