Bail recovery agent directory

Captira's Recovery Agent Directory

We have built a directory of recovery agents inside our bail software that our customers can refer to. Now we need to fill it with names agencies actually trust, and we would appreciate your help. Share the agents you rely on and we will send each of them a link to add their business details.

No account needed. This just tells us who to invite.

Share Recovery Agent Details

We only use this to contact the agent about the directory. We will not pass your agency name to them unless you ask us to.

About the directory

A recovery agent directory built into bail software.

When a defendant skips, finding a recovery agent you can trust should not start with a web search. Captira's directory lives inside the bail software agencies already use.

What it is

A directory of recovery agents and bail enforcement agents inside Captira's bail software, for Captira's bail agency customers to refer to when a case needs recovery work.

Who is listed

Recovery agents who add their business details, including the states they cover and the sureties they work with. Agents can also be invited after an agency nominates them.

How agencies use it

Agencies look up agents before handing over a case, then share the forfeiture case file with Recovery Agent, so every note and document comes back to the defendant record.

What is Captira's Recovery Agent solution?

One tool, two options: Recovery Agent and Recovery Agent Plus.

Recovery Agent

Recovery Agent is built into Captira's bail software. Agencies assign a recovery job and the agent sees the case the moment it is sent, along with an alert whenever a defendant is booked again anywhere Captira monitors.

Recovery Agent Plus

Recovery Agent Plus is a standalone app for the field. It holds case files, documents, notes, and photos on web and mobile, and supports unlimited users across an agency and the agencies it works with.

It is a directory of recovery agents and bail enforcement agents built into Captira's bail software. Captira's bail agency customers can refer to it when a defendant skips and they need someone to work the case.
How do I find a recovery agent or bail enforcement agent near me?
If your agency uses Captira, check the directory for agents who cover your state. Outside Captira, ask other agencies and your surety who they use, then confirm the agent is licensed where your state requires it. Our guide to hiring and vetting a bail enforcement agency covers what to check.
How do I nominate a recovery agent?
Use the form at the top of this page: your agency name, the agent's name and the agent's email. Captira contacts the agent with a link to add their business details. Your agency name is not passed to them unless you ask.
I am a recovery agent. How do I get listed?
Add your business through the recovery agent listing form, including the states you cover and the sureties you work with. If you are new to the work, our guide on how to become a bail recovery agent covers licensing by state.
Should I check a listed agent's license before hiring?
Yes. Do not rely on a listing alone. Licensing rules differ by state, and some states do not allow commercial bail recovery at all. Always confirm an agent's license with your state regulator before you assign a case.
