Users of online version 2 are NOT affected by the event notifications emails to legacy version 1 users. Version 1 is still impacted.

Resolve Captira Launch and Print Issues

 

1) Download the Citrix Cleanup Utility and launch the file by clicking or double-clicking the downloaded file.

 

2) Press any key to start the process once the window opens.  Enter 'n' when prompted and press any key to exit.

 

 Receiver Cleanup

 

3) Reinstall the Citrix Receiver.
