How To Fix

If you are still experiencing login issues on v1 after our infrastructure upgrade, please take the following steps :

Click here for Chrome :   chrome://settings/clearBrowserData   or

1. Click on the 3 dots top right hand side of your computer-select settings from the dropdown menu and when the settings page loads click on privacy and security from the menu on the left;

2. Then select clear browsing data - from the time range drop down select all time -check the box for cookies and other site data-click on clear data at the bottom -once this is finished clearing close all web browser tabs;

3. Please re-open and log back in.

 

If this still does not work. Please login to citrix and delete your bookmark and create a new bookmark to the same location but this is a rare instance.
